Competition Introduction
第六屆“匯創(chuàng)青春”國(guó)際賽商業(yè)類分賽暨首屆“文創(chuàng)·無(wú)界”全球青年文創(chuàng)創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽,依托于中共上海市教育衛(wèi)生工作委員會(huì)、上海市教育委員會(huì)主辦的第六屆“匯創(chuàng)青春”上海大學(xué)生文化創(chuàng)意作品展示活動(dòng)。 本次創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽以“文創(chuàng)·無(wú)界”為主題,旨在激勵(lì)全球?qū)W生團(tuán)體、優(yōu)秀創(chuàng)業(yè)青年將優(yōu)質(zhì)文化內(nèi)容與不同行業(yè)的相結(jié)合,通過(guò)創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)意激發(fā)行業(yè)潛力,探索能夠產(chǎn)生更大經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益的商業(yè)模式。大賽致力于為優(yōu)秀的創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目提供展示平臺(tái)和進(jìn)一步孵化的機(jī)會(huì),并為熱愛(ài)文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的學(xué)生提供一個(gè)跨界融合的交流平臺(tái)和學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)。 With the theme of "Infinity", this Entrepreneurship Competition aims to encourage global student and outstanding youth entrepreneurs to combine high-quality cultural content with different industries, stimulate industry potential through innovation and creativity, and explore business models that can produce great economic and social benefits. The competition is dedicated to providing a display platform and further incubation opportunities for outstanding entrepreneurial projects, and providing learning opportunities for students who love cultural and creative industries.
二、參賽資格
Qualification
本次大賽向18-36周歲的全球青年學(xué)生開(kāi)放報(bào)名,不限國(guó)籍、年級(jí)和專業(yè)。參賽者可以個(gè)人或團(tuán)體的名義參加,其中項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)人數(shù)不超過(guò)5人,團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人需要將團(tuán)隊(duì)所有成員的信息填寫入報(bào)名表中。參賽者須為該項(xiàng)目的第一創(chuàng)始人,或受其委托參賽且為項(xiàng)目核心團(tuán)隊(duì)成員。 我們鼓勵(lì)更多不同專業(yè)、具備多元學(xué)科背景的同學(xué)積極參與,一起突破學(xué)科壁壘,將“文創(chuàng)·無(wú)界”的內(nèi)涵拓展到更多的實(shí)際應(yīng)用中。 This competition is open to global young students aged 18-36, regardless of nationality, grade or major. Participants can participate in the name of individuals or groups, with no more than 5 members per team. Team leaders shall fill in the information of all team members in the application form. Participants must be the first founder of the project, or be entrusted to participate in the competition and be core members of the project. We encourage students with multi-disciplinary backgrounds to actively participate, and to break through the disciplinary barriers together. 三、作品要求
Project Requirements
(一)
創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目定位 Project Orientation
一方面,選手們可以借助文創(chuàng)賦能其他產(chǎn)業(yè),比如“文創(chuàng)+旅游”、“文創(chuàng)+鄉(xiāng)村振興”、“文創(chuàng)+教育”等。另一方面,選手們也可以著眼于當(dāng)前文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)業(yè)與新模式、新科技的融合,解決當(dāng)下或未來(lái)文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的痛點(diǎn),釋放其潛力,進(jìn)一步挖掘商業(yè)價(jià)值。 On the one hand, participants can promote other industries such as tourism, rural revitalization, education and so on by the combination with the cultural and creative industry. On the other hand, participants can also focus on the innovative model and the use of advanced technology in cultural and creative industry. Participants can try satisfying the current or futural needs of the cultural and creative industry by using these methods and explore their commercial value. (二)
1、Originality: The project should be an original project without any intellectual property disputes. It will not infringe others' intellectual property rights, ownership, use right and disposal right. The legal liability arising from it shall be borne by the participants themselves.
2、Feasibility: The project needs to have strong practicality, feasibility and certain investment value.
3、Perspicacity: The project should use new technology. It is in line with market prospects and national policy planning.
4、Innovativeness: The project uses innovative methods to solve practical problems. (三)
Individual participants / teams are required to submit a PPT (unlimited pages) in PDF form to show the business plan. The business plan presented in PPT should include but not limited to the following parts (for reference only)
(1) Background: briefly describe the existing market pain points, analyze the necessity and application value of the project.
(2) Market analysis: analyzing market from the aspects of market status, competitive product analysis and user research.
(3) Project Introduction: briefly introduce the core competitiveness of the project, the user value, the stage of the project and the future planning.
(4) Business Model: introduce how the project creates value and how the value can be realized to form a sustainable business closed loop.
(5) Financial analysis: show income forecast, cost forecast, profit forecast and cash flow analysis.
(6) Organizational structure: introduce the background, resume and division of labor of the core team members, and highlight the professionalism and execution of the team.
All the participants are required to submit a video of 2 minutes, which contains a brief introduction of team members and a precise description of the project.
Please pack your files in a folder and send them in a compressed package. The mail and compressed package should be named as "Project Name+Team Name+School".

One champion, two first runners-up and three second runners-up will be selected in this competition. The committee will offer a 5000-yuan cash reward for the champion, a 2500-yuan cash reward for the first runner-up and a 1500-yuan cash reward for the second runner-up. Moreover, each member of the winning team will receive an honorary certificate. In addition to cash rewards, excellent projects will be well incubated by Shanghai ZIZHU VENTURE CAPITAL CO., LTD. Their teams can enjoy free offices and be introduced to investors. 五、比賽亮點(diǎn)
入圍決賽之后,我們將會(huì)邀請(qǐng)數(shù)位經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師,開(kāi)展“文創(chuàng)·無(wú)界”創(chuàng)業(yè)訓(xùn)練營(yíng),對(duì)入圍決賽的團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行線上針對(duì)性指導(dǎo),協(xié)助優(yōu)化創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目,帶領(lǐng)選手走好比賽的最后一公里。 This competition adopts the way of "learn by practice, practice while learn ", and novices can also start their projects quickly. During the competition, a themed lecture, given by well-known scholars and experts in the cultural and creative industry, will be held to help competitors have a better understanding of the industry and better plan their projects. It will discuss several topics in a thought-provoking way. Students interested in the lecture can scan the QR code at the end of the text and join the WeChat group to get the latest lecture information. For those finalists, an online training camp will be held for them, in which several experienced entrepreneurs will help them better plan and carry out their projects. 六、賽程安排
