夢(mèng)想機(jī)械人形象設(shè)計(jì)比賽，是一個(gè)以推動(dòng)三維電腦塑模技術(shù)發(fā)展所舉辦的設(shè)計(jì)比賽。隨著科技的發(fā)展，三維建模技術(shù)已廣泛地應(yīng)用在各行各業(yè)，包括醫(yī)療、電影、游戲產(chǎn)業(yè)、科學(xué)領(lǐng)域、建筑、工程等?；顒?dòng)透過以機(jī)械人形象設(shè)計(jì)為主題，公開征集設(shè)計(jì)作品，以發(fā)掘更多三維建模及設(shè)計(jì)人才。比賽每年為冠軍作品，以三維打印技術(shù)製作機(jī)械人手辦，并把作品應(yīng)用到微電影制作及VR技術(shù)等多媒體領(lǐng)域上，讓優(yōu)秀的作品從概念轉(zhuǎn)化為能夠應(yīng)用到實(shí)際市場(chǎng)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的產(chǎn)品。

比賽自2014年起，每年在澳門徵集作品，今屆比賽命名為「夢(mèng)7機(jī)械人形象設(shè)計(jì)比賽」，意味著本年將有第七件冠軍機(jī)械人作品產(chǎn)生。iCentre為澳門本地著名設(shè)計(jì)及創(chuàng)意教育中心，提供各類設(shè)計(jì)及多媒體創(chuàng)作課程，當(dāng)中不乏數(shù)碼雕刻及立體打印等專業(yè)課程，隨著各種三維電腦塑模軟件的出現(xiàn)及教學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步，越來(lái)越多能掌握三維軟件技術(shù)的人才。考慮到澳門本地的三維設(shè)計(jì)師已準(zhǔn)備好迎來(lái)國(guó)際性的挑戰(zhàn)，以及賽事多年來(lái)已累積豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，比賽于去年把征件對(duì)象由本澳居民擴(kuò)展到兩岸四地，今年更將比賽范圍開放到全球，期望透過覆蓋范圍的擴(kuò)大，在良性的競(jìng)賽環(huán)境下，提升整體創(chuàng)作水平，以逐步構(gòu)建具規(guī)模的國(guó)際交流平臺(tái)。

夢(mèng)想機(jī)械人形象設(shè)計(jì)比賽是全球少有的設(shè)計(jì)類賽事，過往參賽作品的創(chuàng)作題材廣泛，包對(duì)生活危機(jī)、環(huán)境保護(hù)、傳統(tǒng)文化保育等方面的關(guān)注而萌生的概念，除了機(jī)械人的外觀美學(xué)元素，創(chuàng)作者更基于生活訴求為目的而創(chuàng)作，充份體現(xiàn)藝術(shù)與科技結(jié)合的魅力。隨著科技發(fā)展的需求，比賽期望參賽作品在未來(lái)能應(yīng)用到多個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)中，包括電影、動(dòng)畫、游戲、產(chǎn)品、VR等多媒體領(lǐng)域。

二、目的Objectives：

1.推動(dòng)澳門三維建模及動(dòng)畫技術(shù)發(fā)展，并構(gòu)建此領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)交流平臺(tái);

To promote the development of 3D modeling and animation technology in Macao,and to build an exchange platform.

2.為優(yōu)勝作品制作一部巨型機(jī)械人微電影，并加以應(yīng)用到市場(chǎng)各領(lǐng)域;

Produce a set of giant robotic microfilm for the winning work and apply it to different markets.

3.推廣電腦動(dòng)畫后期製作;

Promote post-production of computer animation.

4.鼓勵(lì)大眾不斷自我增值實(shí)現(xiàn)夢(mèng)想。

Encourage the public to continuously add value to realize their dreams.

三、征集對(duì)象Targets：

歡迎來(lái)自世界各地人士免費(fèi)參與

The competition is open to people from around the world.

四、作品要求Requirements of the Entry：

1.參加者必需使用3D電腦塑模軟件製作機(jī)械人角色形象；

Participants must use 3D computer modeling software to create the robotic character image.

2.遞交作品只需填妥網(wǎng)上報(bào)名表，并把作品原始檔（fbx、obj、max、ma或mb格式）連同從3D模型檔案中渲染的5張圖像，上載至網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間即可參賽；

Submit the work by simply completing the online registration form and upload the original file(fbx,obj,max,ma or mb format)together with 5 images rendered from the 3D modeling file.

3.5張圖像分別是作品的正面、側(cè)面、背面、俯視圖像及隨意姿勢(shì)圖像，以不少于2048x2048像素及300dpi輸出，并以.JPG格式儲(chǔ)存。

5 images should include front,side,back,top view and random pose,with no less than 2048x2048 pixels and 300dpi output in JPG format.

4.每套作品都需獨(dú)立填表一份報(bào)名表，每人最多可提交五套作品。

Each set of work must be registered and submit separately.Each participant can submit up to five sets of work.

五、作品評(píng)審準(zhǔn)則Judging Criteria:

1.設(shè)計(jì)意念(25%)-從作者提交之說(shuō)明中，了解作者對(duì)角色設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)所考慮之因素、心思等而評(píng)定；

Design Concept(25%)-Assessed from the description offered by the participant.

2.技巧展示(25%)-從作品中所能體現(xiàn)作者所運(yùn)用的3D塑模技巧而評(píng)定；

Skills Display(25%)-Assessed from the 3D modelling skills used.

3.創(chuàng)意(50%)-從作品之原創(chuàng)性及其創(chuàng)意而評(píng)定。

Creativity(50%)-Assessed from the originality of the work and its creativity.

金獎(jiǎng)一名：獎(jiǎng)金澳門幣10,000元及得獎(jiǎng)證書、機(jī)械人實(shí)體手辦及參與機(jī)械人微電影製作

Gold Award:MOP 10,000 Cash（≈USD1250）,Certificate of award,A garage kit of the entity and the opportunity to participate in the production of the microfilm.

銀獎(jiǎng)一名：獎(jiǎng)金澳門幣MOP5,000元及得獎(jiǎng)證書

Silver Award:MOP5,000（≈USD625）Cash and Certificate of award

銅獎(jiǎng)一名：獎(jiǎng)金澳門幣MOP2,500元及得獎(jiǎng)證書

Bronze Award:MOP MOP2,500（≈USD312）Cash and Certificate of award

優(yōu)異獎(jiǎng)三名：獎(jiǎng)金澳門幣500元及得獎(jiǎng)證書

*手辦以中心最新3D技術(shù)打印，使用樹脂材料制作，由專業(yè)模型師為其打磨、上色與涂陰影等，以求充分呈現(xiàn)作品實(shí)體外觀，制作獨(dú)一無(wú)二的珍貴紀(jì)念品給金獎(jiǎng)得主留念

*The garage kit is made with the latest 3D technology.Resin materials will be used,polished by coloured by professional modellers,in order to fully present the physical appearance of the works,create unique and precious trophy for the gold medal winners.

十、備注Remarks:

1.參賽作品必須為原創(chuàng)作品，不得涉及知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)或其他法律糾紛，否則需承擔(dān)一切法律責(zé)任;

Entries must be original works and must not involve intellectual property rights or other legal disputes,otherwise the participant shall bear all legal responsibilities.

2.主辦單位不會(huì)將參賽作品用作商業(yè)用途，但有權(quán)用作展覽、活動(dòng)宣傳及教育資料;此大賽信息來(lái)自秀設(shè)計(jì)網(wǎng)。

The organisers will not use the entries for commercial purposes,but has the right to use them for exhibitions,promotion and educational purposes.

3.章程解釋權(quán)歸主辦單位;

The organisers reserve the right to interpret the regulation.

4.主辦單位保留更改比賽規(guī)則及其它安排的權(quán)利(包括獎(jiǎng)品)，無(wú)需先行通知參賽者;

The organisers reserve the right to change the rules of the competition and other arrangements(including prizes)without prior notice to the participants.

5.參賽作品一經(jīng)遞交，即視為同意本章程及所有規(guī)則。

The entry is deemed to be in agreement with the regulation and all rules once submitted the application form.
