“綠色長(zhǎng)城”學(xué)生創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)大賽
國(guó)際建筑師聯(lián)合會(huì)（UIA）發(fā)起了“綠色長(zhǎng)城單階段學(xué)生創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)大賽（Great Green Wall single stage student ideas competition）”，面向全世界的建筑學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生。
本次競(jìng)賽的目標(biāo)是在8000公里長(zhǎng)、16公里寬的居住區(qū)內(nèi)提供簡(jiǎn)化的經(jīng)濟(jì)適用住房，該居住區(qū)橫跨薩赫勒-薩瓦納沙漠地區(qū)（Sahel-Savanah），從達(dá)喀爾到吉布提，被稱為綠色長(zhǎng)城（Great Green Wall，GGW）。
本次競(jìng)賽由UIA的第五區(qū)域發(fā)起，旨在讓全球建筑專業(yè)學(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)參與努力，利用聯(lián)合國(guó)可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的福利來(lái)為GGW項(xiàng)目提供建筑服務(wù)。競(jìng)賽結(jié)合該倡議的長(zhǎng)期目標(biāo)，鼓勵(lì)建筑學(xué)學(xué)生基于聯(lián)合國(guó)可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)，通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)得起的、有彈性的住宅和可持續(xù)的農(nóng)村宜居型建筑來(lái)應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化的現(xiàn)實(shí)，同時(shí)能夠可持續(xù)地復(fù)興當(dāng)?shù)氐奈幕蜌v史景觀。
本次競(jìng)賽的舉辦是建立在聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織國(guó)際競(jìng)賽標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條例和UIA最佳實(shí)踐建議的框架之下，并經(jīng)UIA批準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行。
The International Union of Architects(UIA)has launched the Great Green Wall single stage student ideas competition open to all students in architecture of the world.
The objective of the competition is to spotlight innovative design ideas for providing simplified affordable housing within the 8000 km long,16 km wide living region stretching across the Sahel-Savanah desert region from Dakar to Djibouti known as the Great Green Wall(GGW).
This competition was initiated by the UIA’s Region V to engage the global community of architecture students in the effort to harness the benefits of the UN Sustainable Development Goals to architecture in the service of the GGW.In conjunction with the long-term aims of the Initiative,architecture students are encouraged to harness the benefits of the UN Sustainable Development Goals and to respond to the realities of climate change by creating affordable,resilient dwellings and sustainable,rural livability while sustainably rejuvenating the cultural and historical landscape.
This competition,conducted according to the UNESCO Standard Regulations for International Competitions and the UIA best practice recommendations(See:Competition Guide for Design Competitions in Architecture and Related fields),is approved by the UIA.

競(jìng)賽內(nèi)容
本次競(jìng)賽的任務(wù)是為最多可容納25人的可持續(xù)住宅提交設(shè)計(jì)方案。在城市化集群的意義上，設(shè)計(jì)方案要考慮5套類似住宅的組合形式，同時(shí)更詳細(xì)地展示其中一套住宅。這種擴(kuò)展還包括將社區(qū)/公共空間定義為住宅設(shè)計(jì)提案的背景。公共住宅應(yīng)加強(qiáng)選定地點(diǎn)周圍綠化率的持續(xù)發(fā)展。
建議采用參與式設(shè)計(jì)方法來(lái)評(píng)估Sahel-Savanahshelterbelt沿線許多部落的庭院系統(tǒng)/文化綜合設(shè)施。對(duì)該地區(qū)文化的進(jìn)一步研究將有助于為GGW帶上的文明提出建筑解決方案。
競(jìng)賽鼓勵(lì)參與者通過(guò)使用可持續(xù)材料和新穎的設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行變革調(diào)查，將環(huán)境視為創(chuàng)新的設(shè)計(jì)資源。參與者將有可能觸發(fā)許多機(jī)會(huì)并探索解決本土建筑挑戰(zhàn)的解決方案。競(jìng)賽參與者將通過(guò)這次機(jī)會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)包括應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化現(xiàn)實(shí)、氣候行動(dòng)、城市化中的特殊環(huán)境以及文化敏感的生產(chǎn)性鄉(xiāng)村景觀在內(nèi)的設(shè)計(jì)，同時(shí)了解21世紀(jì)農(nóng)村對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)適用住房、彈性住宅和可持續(xù)宜居性的需求。
The task is a design proposal for a Sustainable Dwelling for up to 25 people.This is to be conceptually arranged in a combination of about 5dwellings in the sense of a cluster of urbanisation,while one dwelling is presented in more detail.This enlargement will include the definition ofcommunity/public space as context for the dwelling proposal.Communal dwelling should enhance the ongoing development of the greenerypercentage around the selected site.
A participatory approach in design is recommended to review the courtyard system/cultural synthesis of the many tribes along the Sahel-Savanahshelterbelt.Further study of the Cultures along the region will help propose architectural solutions for the civilisation on the GGW belt.
The competition encourages participants to view the environment as a design resource for innovation,through the use of sustainable materials and novel design approaches for change investigations.Participants are expected to trigger many opportunities and explore solution-driven approaches to indigenous architectural challenges.Learning opportunities willinclude design that responds to realities of climate change,climate actions,peculiar contexts in urbanism,and the making of culture-sensitive productive rural landscapes while taking into account the need for affordable shelter,resilient dwelling,and sustainable livability in twenty-first-century rurality.
參賽資格
競(jìng)賽對(duì)來(lái)自世界各地的全日制在校學(xué)生開(kāi)放。允許多學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)參與，但必須由建筑專業(yè)的學(xué)生作為團(tuán)隊(duì)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。參賽學(xué)生必須在提交成果時(shí)仍然是在校學(xué)生身份。
The competition is open to all full-time enrolled students from all over the world.Multidisciplinary teams are allowed and must be led by an architectural student.Student participants must be enrolled in a school of architecture at the time of submission.
