山海寧德·福籽同心——畬·紋樣2023國際創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)大賽
寧德現(xiàn)有漢族、畬族、回族、壯族等46個(gè)民族，少數(shù)民族人口23.03萬人，其中畬族人口20.52萬人，約占福建省的二分之一、全國的四分之一，是全國最主要的畬族聚居地。畬族文化是中華文化的重要組成部分。畬族人民在漫長的歷史長河中，創(chuàng)造了光輝燦爛的民族文化，留下許多彌足珍貴的文化遺產(chǎn)。
隨著現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的加速發(fā)展，民族傳統(tǒng)文化正面臨著前所未有的沖擊，經(jīng)歷著劇烈的整合與變遷，出現(xiàn)了程度不同的衰退現(xiàn)象。為了推動(dòng)民族優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化、創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展，使更多人關(guān)注和保護(hù)民族文化遺產(chǎn)，我們以“山海寧德·福籽同心”為主題，舉辦“畬·紋樣2023國際創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)大賽”活動(dòng)，旨在于傳播與傳承民族文化遺產(chǎn)，使文化的創(chuàng)意走進(jìn)生活，從而促進(jìn)民族傳統(tǒng)文化的保護(hù)與傳承，推動(dòng)各民族像石榴籽一樣緊緊抱在一起，廣泛促進(jìn)交往交流交融，構(gòu)筑“中華民族一家親，同心共筑中國夢”的生動(dòng)局面。
Ningde City,Fujian Province,China has 46 ethnic groups,including Han,She,Hui and Zhuang,with a population of 230,300 ethnic minorities,of which 205,200 are She,accounting for about one-half of Fujian Province and one-quarter of the whole country.She culture is an important part of Chinese culture.In the long history,the She people have created a glorious and splendid national culture,leaving behind many precious cultural heritages.
With the accelerated development of modernization,traditional national culture is facing unprecedented impacts,experiencing drastic integration and changes,and experiencing different degrees of decline.In order to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of the national outstanding traditional culture,and to make more people pay attention to and protect the national cultural heritage,we organize the"She-Pattern 2023 International Creative Design Competition"under the theme of"Mountain and Sea Ningde-Fukushima".We organize the"ShePatterns 2023 International Creative Design Competition"under the theme of"Shanhai Ningde-Fu Seeds",aiming to disseminate and pass on the national cultural heritage,bring cultural creativity into life,promote the protection and inheritance of the traditional culture of the nationalities,promote the nationalities to hold each other tightly together like the pomegranate seeds,widely promote the exchanges,communication and integration,and construct a vivid situation of"the Chinese nationalities are one family,and build the Chinese dream with one heart".
1.畬紋樣、56個(gè)民族紋樣、石榴紋樣/未來紋樣、紋樣數(shù)字藝術(shù)。
2.以紋樣為基礎(chǔ)的圖案設(shè)計(jì)、以及紋樣的圖案衍生。
3.以紋樣為基礎(chǔ)元素的應(yīng)用、包括不限于：文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品、電子產(chǎn)品、工業(yè)產(chǎn)品、禮品、手工藝品、織物、環(huán)境裝飾、家居生活產(chǎn)品等。注：以上類別有交集的作品，可任選其一歸類。
4.本次活動(dòng)除常規(guī)的平面方式展覽外，作品還將制作成文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品。
1.Four categories:"Her Patterns","Patterns of 56 Chinese Ethnic Groups","Pomegranate Patterns/
Future Patterns"and"Digital Pattern Art".2.
2.Pattern design based on patterns,patterns derived from patterns.
3.Pattern-based applications,including but not limited to:cultural and creative products,electronic
products,industrial products,gifts,handicrafts,fabrics,environmental decorations,home and living
products,etc.Note:Works that intersect with the above categories can be categorized into any of
them.
4.In addition to the regular graphic display methods,the works of this event will also be made into
cultural and creative products.

1.投稿作品須為作者原創(chuàng)，并為獨(dú)立著作權(quán)，不得侵犯第三方著作權(quán)、商標(biāo)等相關(guān)權(quán)利。作品必須積極向上，不得詆毀他人、詆毀社會(huì)、詆毀國家、詆毀宗教信仰、破壞民族團(tuán)結(jié)，必須符合相關(guān)法律規(guī)定。參賽者作品如有上述內(nèi)容（或傾向嫌疑），取消參評資格，如因此產(chǎn)生不良社會(huì)后果，自行承擔(dān)法律責(zé)任，并賠償賽事相關(guān)損失。
2.投稿作品一律提交電子文件，尺寸為90CM*90CM，內(nèi)置圖片精度不低于300dpi，色彩模式為CMYK。
3.作者保留高精度的設(shè)計(jì)原圖（如AI、CDR、PSD300dpi以上)，或設(shè)計(jì)稿原件，以便作品集設(shè)計(jì)排版使用。
4.每位作者投稿作品不能超過3個(gè)單件，或3組系列。每組系列作品不超過2幅，大賽鼓勵(lì)投稿系列作品。費(fèi)用本次比賽均為免費(fèi)。
Submission Requirements
1.The submitted works must be original and independently copyrighted by the authors,and must not
infringe on third-party copyrights,trademarks and other related rights.The works must be positive
and must not denigrate others,society,the state,religious beliefs or national unity,and must comply
with relevant laws.Participants will be disqualified from the competition if their works have any of the
above contents(or tendency to be suspected),and they will bear the legal responsibility and
compensate for the losses related to the competition if they have any adverse social consequences as
a result.2、Submitted works are all submitted to the electronic file,the size of 90CM*90CM,built-in image
accuracy of not less than 300dpi,color mode CMYK.
3.The authors keep the original high-precision design drawings(e.g.AI,CDR,PSD 300dpi or above),or
the original design drafts for the portfolio design layout.
4.Each author can submit no more than 3 single works,or 3 groups of series.Each group of series
works not more than 2 works,the contest encourages the submission of series works.Costs of this
competition are free of charge.

1.所有投稿作品必須為未發(fā)表過的原創(chuàng)作品且投稿人擁有獨(dú)立知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)。曾經(jīng)參加過其他設(shè)計(jì)競賽或?yàn)榈谌皆O(shè)計(jì)的作品不得投稿，一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)，活動(dòng)組織方有權(quán)取消其投稿資格，由此引起的法律糾紛及責(zé)任由投稿人自行承擔(dān)。
2.投稿人參與投稿即同意活動(dòng)組織方可將其作品用于展示、出版等非商業(yè)用途的活動(dòng)?；顒?dòng)組織方在使用投稿作品時(shí)，將注明作者。即認(rèn)同將其作品的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)（署名權(quán)除外）轉(zhuǎn)移給活動(dòng)組織方。

Exhibition Statement
1.All submitted works must be unpublished original works and the contributor has independent
intellectual property rights.Works that have participated in other design competitions or have been
designed for a third party are not allowed to be submitted;once discovered,the organizer of the
event has the right to disqualify its submission,and the legal disputes and responsibilities arising
therefrom shall be borne by the submitter.
2.By participating in the submission,the contributor agrees that the event organizer may use his/her
work for non-commercial purposes such as display and publication.The event organizer will indicate
the author when using the submitted work.That is to say,you agree to transfer the intellectual
property rights(except the right of authorship)of your work to the event organizer.
3.The organizer of the event reserves the right of final interpretation of the terms and conditions of
the rules of the call.
