中國(guó)和意大利是東西方文明的杰出代表,中意兩個(gè)偉大文明的友好交往源遠(yuǎn)流長(zhǎng)。
2023年是中意建交53周年,為深化貫徹習(xí)近平總書記在2021年4月19日考察清華大學(xué)時(shí)的講話精神,促進(jìn)中意兩國(guó)和全球青年創(chuàng)意、創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)業(yè)交流與合作,推動(dòng)藝術(shù)與科技融合發(fā)展,清華大學(xué)、米蘭理工大學(xué)和浙江紹興柯橋區(qū)人民政府聯(lián)合主辦的“中意青年未來(lái)時(shí)尚設(shè)計(jì)大賽”將以嶄新的姿態(tài)持續(xù)開展。大賽將進(jìn)一步匯聚全球青年協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的力量,探索前沿時(shí)尚趨勢(shì),引領(lǐng)未來(lái)時(shí)尚主張,以美為媒,共建國(guó)際時(shí)尚創(chuàng)新平臺(tái),攜手為全球時(shí)尚設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)展注入新的活力。
China and Italy are illustrative examples of eastern and western civilizations, respectively, and enjoy a time-honored friendship. In commemoration of the 53rd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Italy in 2023, the “China-Italy Youth Fashion Future Design Competition” will be launched in an exciting new way. The competition is jointly sponsored by Tsinghua University, Politecnico di Milano, and Keqiao District People’s Government of Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province. It responds to General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speech during his visit to Tsinghua University on April 19, 2021, and enhances youth exchanges and cooperation in creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship, with the purpose of encouraging the fusion of art and technology. The competition harnesses the power of global young talents to make innovative designs, explore cutting-edge fashion trends, and pioneer future fashion concepts. With beauty as the medium, the competition is poised to become an international fashion innovation platform, injecting new vitality into global fashion design.

The competition integrates resources in fashion design, innovative education, academic research, and industrial incubation, deepens the fusion of design innovation, production, and education, and discovers cutting-edge design talent with creativity and vitality. It explores the future of global fashion design and facilitates transformation of innovative achievements of design into strengths, in a bid to accelerate the upgrading of industries in the two countries, meet people’s aspiration for a better life, and consolidate advancements made in global fashion design.

A. Raise the profile of the competition
It is necessary to objectively improve the procedures, rules, and regulations of the competition, raise the public profile of the competition, facilitate widespread participation, build a favorable global reputation particularly in China and Italy, and create a renowned brand among global fashion design competitions.
(二)建設(shè)時(shí)尚設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)
著力構(gòu)建時(shí)尚設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際交流平臺(tái);促進(jìn)新銳人才與產(chǎn)業(yè)需求的深度鏈接;形成“學(xué)校-政府-企業(yè)”、“國(guó)際-國(guó)內(nèi)”資源的雙循環(huán)發(fā)展格局;建設(shè)“以藝術(shù)與科技交匯、藝術(shù)與人文融合、學(xué)術(shù)與實(shí)踐并重”的設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
B. Build an Innovation Network for Fashion Design
The Competition aims to build an international platform for fashion design, fill the gap between talent supply and industry demand, form a dual-circulation pattern that integrates university-government-enterprise resources as well as domestic and international resources, and build a cooperation network for innovative design where “art is combined with technologies, art is integrated into humanities, and academic research and practical use are equally emphasized”.

Participants
本次大賽主要面向中國(guó)和意大利及全球時(shí)尚領(lǐng)域的青年設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新者(年齡45周歲以下),包括但不限于藝術(shù)家、設(shè)計(jì)師、高校設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)的師生、設(shè)計(jì)工作室和企業(yè)等。
The competition is open to innovative art practitioners under 45 years old from China, Italy and the rest of the world, including but not limited to artists, designers, college students and faculty members in the major of design, and employees of studios and companies.

本屆大賽以“時(shí)尚·演化”(Fashion · Evolution)為主題。青年設(shè)計(jì)師們的銳意逐新既響應(yīng)了變化,亦推動(dòng)了變化,也讓更多人通過(guò)大賽看到了變化。從演化的視角審視時(shí)尚的歷史積存、當(dāng)下洞見與未來(lái)臆想,推動(dòng)時(shí)尚在應(yīng)對(duì)變化上的靈活、開放與包容。本屆大賽倡導(dǎo)在面料、服裝、配飾等領(lǐng)域的時(shí)尚演變?cè)O(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)理念的豐富想象,展現(xiàn)中國(guó)自信形象與國(guó)際開放包容心態(tài),煥發(fā)時(shí)代光彩,共建時(shí)尚設(shè)計(jì)未來(lái)演進(jìn)新生態(tài)。
The competition is themed “Fashion · Evolution”. Creation and innovation of those young designers not only echoes with, but also promotes the changes, giving more people an opportunity to see changes with their own eyes. From the perspective of evolution, we are able to delve into history, current insights and expectation of fashion, and further achieve the flexibility, openness and inclusiveness of fashion in the midst of changes. The competition advocates the evolution of textile printing design, fashion design and accessories design, and demonstrates China’s confidence, inclusiveness and openness through the diversified design concepts, with an aim to show the splendor of this new era and build a new ecosystem of fashion design for future evolution.
大賽在時(shí)尚·演化主題下,開設(shè)三個(gè)賽道:面料設(shè)計(jì)、服裝設(shè)計(jì)、配飾設(shè)計(jì)。
Under the theme of “Fashion · Evolution”, the competition has three categories: textile’s printing design, fashion design and accessories design.
1. 面料設(shè)計(jì)
Textile’s Printing Design
聚焦時(shí)尚領(lǐng)域的紡織品印花圖案設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新,包括但不限于:服用紡織品印花設(shè)計(jì)與家用紡織品印花設(shè)計(jì)。
Focuses on new designs for textile printing patterns used for clothing, home and beyond.
2.服裝設(shè)計(jì)
Fashion Design
注重藝術(shù)性與功能性并重的創(chuàng)意日用時(shí)裝設(shè)計(jì)。
Focuses on creative daily fashion designs with equal emphasis on artistry and function.
3. 配飾設(shè)計(jì)
Accessories Design
創(chuàng)造時(shí)尚趨勢(shì)與美好生活方式相結(jié)合的配飾產(chǎn)品,包括但不限于:鞋、帽、箱包、首飾等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域。
Focuses on designs for accessories that are both fashionable and practical, including shoes, hats, bags, jewelry and more.
參賽要求
Requirements
1. 參賽作品應(yīng)圍繞大賽主題進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。
1. The entry should reflect the theme of the competition.
2. 參賽作品可以提交系列作品,以組稿形式參賽,組稿不多
于5個(gè)作品。
2. The entry can be designed and submitted as a series, with up to five pieces of work.
3. 提交的設(shè)計(jì)作品必須是設(shè)計(jì)者原創(chuàng)作品,擁有完整的知識(shí)
產(chǎn)權(quán),且未曾公開正式發(fā)表。如出現(xiàn)抄襲、盜用等涉及著作版權(quán)糾紛問(wèn)題,一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn),將被取消參賽資格,由此引發(fā)的版權(quán)、著作權(quán)糾紛及法律問(wèn)題,由參賽者自行承擔(dān)。
3. The entry submitted should be the original work of the designer with complete intellectual property rights, and has not been officially published. In case of copyright disputes such as plagiarism and misappropriation, the entry will be disqualified from the competition. The copyright disputes and any litigation arising therefrom will be borne by the participants in question.
4. 參賽語(yǔ)言為中文或英文。

5. 所有參賽報(bào)名材料(稿件、照片、視頻等)一律不退,請(qǐng)
自留底稿。參賽選手擁有參賽作品的完整知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán),組委會(huì)對(duì)參賽作品(含設(shè)計(jì)稿和成品)擁有公開發(fā)表權(quán),包括宣傳、展覽、演出、出版發(fā)行等。
5. All submitted materials such as samples, photos, videos, etc., will not be returned. Participants are strongly advised to keep a copies of their works. Participants enjoy full ownership of their intellectual property rights. The organizing committee has the right to publish the entries (including drafts and final pieces), for purposes including publicity, exhibition, performance, publication, distribution, etc.

1) 作品設(shè)計(jì)圖紙: 5頁(yè)之內(nèi),尺寸為A3豎版,分辨率300dpi,文件大小10mb以內(nèi),格式為png、jpg、jpeg格式,設(shè)計(jì)圖紙應(yīng)包含作品名稱、效果圖和設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明,從設(shè)計(jì)主題、構(gòu)思、結(jié)構(gòu)圖、效果圖、實(shí)物照片、工藝等角度對(duì)作品進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述;作品設(shè)計(jì)圖紙文字為中文或英文,不得出現(xiàn)作者姓名及任何個(gè)人信息,不得出現(xiàn)參賽企業(yè)名稱,否則視為無(wú)效作品。
1) Design drawings should be within 5 pages in A3 size, 300dpi of resolution, within 10MB, and in the format of PNG, JPG or JPEG. It should include the title, effect drawing, and description, and elaborates the entry on the theme, conception, structural drawing, effect drawing, physical photos, and technology. All text should be in Chinese or English without any indications of the author’s name or marks or any participating enterprise’s name, otherwise the entry will be considered invalid.
2) 作品視頻(如有),不超過(guò)3分鐘,MP4(h264編碼)格式,畫面比例自定,文件大小不超過(guò)100mb,可以配字幕,但不得以任何形式出現(xiàn)個(gè)人信息。
2) Video (if any) should be within 3 minutes in MP4 (H264 coding) format, of self-determined aspect ratio and within 100MB. Subtitles are acceptable, but no private information in any form should be disclosed.

1. 大賽啟動(dòng):2023年4月18日
以大賽組委會(huì)發(fā)布公告時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)。
1. Launch period: 18 April, 2023. The announcement of the organizing committee shall prevail.
2. 作品征集:4月18日-7月31日
參賽者可在2023年4月18日至2023年7月31日期間,在大賽官網(wǎng)注冊(cè)賬號(hào)(如遇網(wǎng)絡(luò)不暢等特殊情況,亦可通過(guò)郵箱或電話索取或提交相關(guān)材料),并提交完整的報(bào)名信息;參賽者可以個(gè)人、團(tuán)隊(duì)(不超過(guò)5人)等形式報(bào)名參賽。
2. Call for Entries: 18 April to 31 July, 2023
Participants may register on the official website of the competition (Email and telephone contact are available for participants who have extenuating circumstances, such as poor network access) between 18 April and 31 July, 2023. Participants can sign up as individuals or teams (with up to five members).
3. 大賽初評(píng):8月
組委會(huì)組織初評(píng),評(píng)審專家將對(duì)參賽作品進(jìn)行首輪評(píng)選,遴選100個(gè)作品入圍復(fù)賽,并在大賽官網(wǎng)公示。入圍復(fù)賽作品均可參與大賽優(yōu)秀作品展覽。
3. Preliminary Evaluation: August
The organizing committee will organize the preliminary evaluation, in which 100 entries will be selected for the semi-final. The results will be announced on the official website. Entries that go into the semi-final will be exhibited.
4.大賽復(fù)評(píng):2023年9月
評(píng)審專家對(duì)入圍作品進(jìn)行復(fù)評(píng),遴選30個(gè)作品入圍決賽,并在大賽官網(wǎng)公示。
4.Semi-final Evaluation: September 2023
A total of 30 entries will be selected, which will be announced on the official website.
5.大賽決賽及頒獎(jiǎng)典禮:于2023年10月舉辦。
