項目位于深圳市福田區(qū)紫竹七道與竹子林四路交匯處西北側(cè)，地理位置與景觀資源都非常優(yōu)越，希望設(shè)計師認知分析研究本項目所在的環(huán)境條件、狀況進行全面、深入的有效了解，充分挖掘本項目更多的設(shè)計亮點，希望此項目既尊重城市、周邊建筑現(xiàn)有肌理，又能在城市整體形象中恰當表達自身的個性，具有獨樹一幟的形象，打造一流標桿項目。

The project is located at the intersection of Northwest of the intersection of Zizhu 7th road and Zhuzilin 4th Road, Futian District, Shenzhen. The geographical location and landscape resources are very superior. We hope that the designer can analyze and study the environmental conditions and conditions of the project, have a comprehensive and in-depth effective understanding, and fully tap more design highlights of the project. 項目處于深圳城市中南部，位于福田區(qū)西部竹子林（香蜜湖街道），臨近南山區(qū)且緊臨深南大道北側(cè)，與福田和南山兩大核心區(qū)直接連通，地理優(yōu)勢獨特。

The project is located in the south central part of Shenzhen City, in Zhuzilin (Xiangmihu Street) in the west of Futian District, close to Nanshan District and close to the north of Shennan Avenue. It is directly connected with Futian and Nanshan core areas, with unique geographical advantages.

項目位于深南大道北側(cè)，竹子林區(qū)域發(fā)展基本成型，本項目為該片區(qū)僅剩未開發(fā)地塊，因深南大道、京港澳高速道路區(qū)隔，項目周邊配套設(shè)施相對有限。

The project is located in the north of Shennan Avenue, and the development of Zhuzilin area is basically taking shape. The project is the only undeveloped land in this area. Due to the separation of Shennan Avenue and Beijing Hong Kong Macao expressway, the supporting facilities around the project are relatively limited.

項目位于深南大道北側(cè)，介于地鐵1號線竹子林站與僑城東站之間，距離竹子林站600米，一站后車公廟站可換乘7、9、11號線，距離福田高鐵站直線距離5km，通過深南大道僅需10分鐘路程，交通區(qū)位非常優(yōu)越。

The project is located in the north of Shennan Avenue, between Zhuzilin station of Metro Line 1 and Qiaocheng east station, 600 meters away from Zhuzilin station. After one station, chegongmiao station, you can transfer to lines 7, 9 and 11, 5km away from Futian High-speed Railway Station. It takes only 10 minutes to pass through Shennan Avenue, the traffice is very good.

項目周邊自然景觀資源地區(qū)主要為附近的園博園，面向深圳灣，背靠塘朗山，且位于塘朗山中軸線上，周邊環(huán)境優(yōu)勢突出。

The project is close to Shennan Avenue，The height of surrounding buildings is mostly 100 ~ 130 meters. The building complex is the main sightseeing belt of Shennan Avenue and an important part of the urban skyline.

04 競賽規(guī)則

Tender Rules

本次項目采取全球范圍內(nèi)公開競賽方式，參賽機構(gòu)根據(jù)競賽規(guī)則及任務(wù)書要求，提交相應(yīng)的報名材料及概念提案，由主辦單位組建資格預(yù)審委員會，通過票決遴選5家優(yōu)秀設(shè)計機構(gòu)以及2家備選設(shè)計機構(gòu)。

The project adopts a global open competition. The participating institutions submit corresponding application materials and concept proposals according to the competition rules and the design berief. The organizer will establish a Prequalification Committee and select five excellent design institutions and two alternative design institutions through voting.

05 報名要求

Application Requirements

設(shè)計機構(gòu)根據(jù)報名要求提交營業(yè)執(zhí)照或有效機構(gòu)注冊文件、機構(gòu)簡介、主創(chuàng)設(shè)計師、設(shè)計團隊構(gòu)成、類型項目經(jīng)驗等相關(guān)報名材料。

Design teams should submit business license or valid business registration documents, company profile, information of chief designer, team composition, experience in similar projects and other relevant application materials according to the application requirements.

內(nèi)容 Content	報名條件 Application Condition
資格要求 Qualifications and Requirement	公開征集不設(shè)資質(zhì)要求，國內(nèi)外具有相關(guān)設(shè)計經(jīng)驗的設(shè)計團隊均可報名參加。不接受聯(lián)合體，不接受個人及個人組合的報名。 There are no qualification requirements for the open call, and all Chinese and foreign design teams with relevant design experience are eligible to apply. Consortium is NOT accepted. Registration by individuals or teams of individuals are NOT be accepted. 如不具備國內(nèi)相關(guān)設(shè)計資質(zhì)，可在競賽優(yōu)勝后推薦一家具有建筑行業(yè)（建筑工程）甲級及以上資質(zhì)的設(shè)計機構(gòu)，經(jīng)主辦單位同意后負責本項目施工圖設(shè)計工作，且配合報批報建等相關(guān)工作。 If the first prize winner does not obtain relevant qualifications, it can recommend a design company with Class A or above qualification in construction industry (building engineering) to be responsible for the construction drawing design of the project after approval by the Host. The company should also assist the host in filing the construction application and other works
公司業(yè)績 Company Achievements	參賽人必須具有同類項目經(jīng)驗設(shè)計經(jīng)驗，擁有豐富高層或超高層公建項目相關(guān)設(shè)計經(jīng)驗。 The bidder must have design experience in similar projects, have rich design experience in high-rise or super high-rise public construction projects and provide relevant supporting documents.
主創(chuàng)設(shè)計師業(yè)績和經(jīng)驗 Achievements and Experience of Chief Designe	須為知名設(shè)計師或公司合伙人；主創(chuàng)設(shè)計師必須直接參與競賽活動全過程，且親自匯報方案（可接受線上匯報）； The chief designer must be a renowned designer at home and abroad or a partner of the company, and the chief designer must be directly involved in the whole process of the competition and report on the proposal personally（Acceptable online reporting). 榮獲過國內(nèi)外設(shè)計獎項； Winner of design awards at home and abroad.
項目團隊要求 Requirements for Project Team	團隊成員具有豐富設(shè)計經(jīng)驗且團隊穩(wěn)定； The team is stable and team members have extensive design experience; 為了保證項目團隊人員對中國地區(qū)背景和相關(guān)要求的準確理解，項目團隊人員中應(yīng)至少有1名通曉漢語的人士。 The project design team should include at least one member who is proficient in Chinese language to ensure the accurate understanding of the project background in China and relevant requirements of the Competition.

06 設(shè)計費

Design Fee

資格預(yù)審階段不提供設(shè)計補償費。

No design compensation will be provided in the prequalification stage. 

對于通過資格預(yù)審階段，并能在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)提交有效設(shè)計文件，滿足本競賽文件要求，通過評審委員會審核的入圍設(shè)計機構(gòu)，將根據(jù)成果評審排名給予競賽獎金（設(shè)計補償）。

For the shortlisted design institutions that pass the prequalification stage and can submit effective design documents within the specified time, meet the requirements of this competition document, and pass the review of the review committee, the competition bonus (design compensation) will be given according to the results review ranking.

 其中第一名獲得叁佰萬元整（小寫￥3000,000.00元）的中標合同，第二、三名獲得叁拾萬元整（小寫￥300,000.00元）的設(shè)計補償費，第四、第五名獲得貳拾萬元整（小寫￥200,000.00元）的設(shè)計補償費。

Among them, the first one won the bid winning contract of three million yuan only (RMB 3000000.00 in figures), the second and third won the design compensation of three hundred thousand yuan only (RMB 300000.00 in figures), and the fourth and fifth won the design compensation of two hundred thousand yuan only (RMB 200000.00 in figures).

 上述費用將于公布評審排名后14日內(nèi)支付。

The above fee will be paid within 14 days after the evaluation ranking is published.

1)根據(jù)主辦方提供的報名表(附件）填寫報名資料，并于北京時間2022年03月 06日17:00前將填寫后的word版報名表及加蓋公章的pdf版電子掃描文件發(fā)送至郵箱2802462307@qq.com，招標方以電子郵件回復(fù)報名成功通知，報名截止，電子報名信息須與后續(xù)紙質(zhì)文件一致。
