2022年·值得參與的鄉(xiāng)村設(shè)計(jì)大賽2022 ?  Rural Design Competitions Worth Attending過去一年，熱衷尋找“青年力量”的鄉(xiāng)村復(fù)興論壇，在多場(chǎng)建筑大賽中不斷發(fā)現(xiàn)驚喜。所有參賽者的大膽創(chuàng)意、執(zhí)著思路、為鄉(xiāng)村空間的樂此不疲，造就了鄉(xiāng)建的一波波“浪潮”。

2022年，兩場(chǎng)鄉(xiāng)村大賽即將重磅發(fā)布。從聚焦閑置建筑延伸到人居環(huán)境改造，從單純競(jìng)賽升級(jí)為“賽訓(xùn)結(jié)合”選點(diǎn)類型全面、開放實(shí)踐營切磋，位于陜西和山西的鄉(xiāng)村競(jìng)賽即將發(fā)布，面向國內(nèi)外建筑師、設(shè)計(jì)師征集優(yōu)秀方案。

In 2022, two rural design competitions will be launched.the renovation objects will be expanded from idle buildings to the larger living environment, and the competition will be upgraded to a training camp mode.

We will launch two rural design contests both in Shaanxi and Shanxi at the same time, inviting architects and designers from home and abroadto offer excellent proposals.

大賽背景

Competition background

Shanxi is the veritable hometown of ancient architectures. The number of existing ancient buildings before the Yuan Dynasty in Shanxi accounts for more than 70 percent of the whole country. While Yangquan, the city close to the Taihang Mountains, has developed its coal industry for nearly half a century. The "coal and iron Age" and the red history constitute the unique characteristic of Yangquan.

盂縣位于陽泉市北部，有著眾多名山、古村、寺廟、庵觀等，是陽泉發(fā)展文旅業(yè)得天獨(dú)厚的基礎(chǔ)條件?；谄涞乩韰^(qū)位和豐富的古村遺存，盂縣成為第二屆大賽的主要選點(diǎn)地。

 Yu county,located in the north of Yangquan City, has many famous mountains, ancient villages, temples, nunneries, Taoist temples，which are the unique basic conditions of Yangquan's culture tourism. Based on its geographical location and retained ancient villages, Yu county has become the main land of the 2nd contest.

Competition goals

The second competition aims to focus on idle rural space, which not only emphasizes the characteristics of traditional Shanxi dwellings, but also attaches importance to the development of village industries and highlights the importance of the new rural collective economy. This time, we hope to combine traditional and modern needs to create a unique local public space.So that the villagers actually benefit from it.

留壩在哪？

在中國960萬平方公里土地之上，橫亙著一條非比尋常的山脈，號(hào)稱“中華龍脈”。這便是中國重要的南北分界線——秦嶺。廣義的秦嶺幾乎橫穿中國中部；而狹義上的秦嶺，僅限于陜西省南部、渭河與漢江之間。恰好，留壩就在這里。

In 2022, under the COVID-19 quarantine policy,the whole society have to stay at home for a long time, and the"seclusion" lifestyle has become the norm, which also makes people have higher requirements for living space and surrounding environment.

秦嶺，自古便是名人的隱世之地。近年來，面對(duì)秦嶺這塊寶庫，留壩全縣以人居為核心，多元進(jìn)行文旅賦能，建起秦嶺·宿集、道班宿等民宿群、縣城老街1950文化主題功能區(qū)、秦嶺最美小鎮(zhèn)火燒店、最美鄉(xiāng)村公路等，在串起留壩秘境的同時(shí)，也讓其人居價(jià)值斐然。

In recent years, facing the treasure house of Qinling mountains, Liuba County has built qinling ? Suji homestay inn cluster and the most beautiful rural road with human settlements as the core...  The above measures not only make this secret area shining, but also bestow highliving value on Liuba.

留壩競(jìng)賽共選出五組任務(wù)點(diǎn)位，對(duì)應(yīng)從古到今的“秦嶺故事”——四千年古樹主題公園、公元前206年“蕭何追韓信”場(chǎng)地改造、1935年長征紅軍舊址、老村沿線景觀提升以及村莊游客服務(wù)中心設(shè)計(jì)。

Five groups of task sites were selected in this competition, corresponding to the"Story of the Qinling Mountains" -- the theme park of four thousand years of ancient trees, the site reconstruction of the story "Xiao He Chase Han Xin" in 206 BC, the old site of the Long Marchin 1935, the landscape improvement along with the old village and the design of the village visitor service center.

圖：留壩縣文旅局大賽旨在提升村民的居住環(huán)境，彰顯秦嶺的在地與生態(tài)，鼓勵(lì)運(yùn)用新材料、新技術(shù)建造有價(jià)值的生活空間。期待設(shè)計(jì)方案重點(diǎn)考慮周邊村民的生活需求，以創(chuàng)意傳承歷史，開啟未來鄉(xiāng)村。The competition aims to improve the living environment of villagers, highlight the local and ecological nature of Qinling mountains, and promote the operation of new materials and technologies to build valuable living Spaces. It is expected that the design scheme will focus on the living needs of villagers, so as toinherit the history with creativity and realize the vision of future village.

鄉(xiāng)村復(fù)興論壇是由清華大學(xué)建筑學(xué)院、北京安哲建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司、北京綠十字、宿集營造社、新浪微博共同組織，中國扶貧基金會(huì)公益支持，中國建筑學(xué)會(huì)民居建筑學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)作為學(xué)術(shù)指導(dǎo)的鄉(xiāng)村行業(yè)交流平臺(tái)，是迄今為止國內(nèi)運(yùn)作和傳播鄉(xiāng)建親歷研究和鄉(xiāng)建實(shí)踐者全新合作交流平臺(tái)的重要力量之一。

論壇堅(jiān)持“村里開大會(huì)”，以會(huì)議事件作為助推器，整合規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、鄉(xiāng)村治理、村落運(yùn)營等資源，構(gòu)建面向鄉(xiāng)村實(shí)踐的開放合作機(jī)制，旨在傳遞鄉(xiāng)建最新、最前沿的信息和實(shí)踐案例，使與會(huì)嘉賓在聆聽一線實(shí)踐專家鄉(xiāng)建智慧的同時(shí)，促進(jìn)會(huì)議所在地干群鄉(xiāng)建意識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)變，迅速將某個(gè)村落推向全國。截至今年，已先后在河南新縣，貴州桐梓，貴州臺(tái)江，山東日照，廣東梅縣，陜西留壩，福建永泰，廣東大埔，山西沁源，河南修武，重慶榮昌、浙江松陽成功舉辦。

鄉(xiāng)村振興建筑設(shè)計(jì)大賽作為鄉(xiāng)村復(fù)興論壇的衍生品牌，于2021年5月發(fā)起，設(shè)置前期調(diào)研、方案創(chuàng)作、多輪評(píng)審、實(shí)踐答辯等一系列環(huán)節(jié)，旨在結(jié)合地方鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展需求，圍繞建筑規(guī)劃、景觀提升、空間運(yùn)營等領(lǐng)域展開競(jìng)賽。通過匯集創(chuàng)意方案和挖掘青年人才儲(chǔ)備，活化利用鄉(xiāng)村閑置空間，最大限度激活其內(nèi)生價(jià)值與長遠(yuǎn)效益。
