規(guī)劃范圍位于蕭山機(jī)場北側(cè)，以大會展中心為核，北至龍虎橫河及月亮灣，西至錢塘江堤岸，南至南虹路，東至南豐路、南臨路、赭東路、南陽縱一路、南義路、104國道，具體范圍詳見附圖，規(guī)劃范圍用地面積約305公頃，其中大會展中心（一、二期）及南側(cè)酒店等約106公頃為已建成區(qū)。
The planning area is located to the north of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport,with Hangzhou Grand Convention and Exhibition Center as its core.The boundaries extend north to Longhu River and Yueliangwan,west to the Qiantang River embankment,south to Nanhong Road,and east to Nanfeng Road,Nanlin Road,Zhedong Road,Nanyang Zongyi Road,Nanyi Road,and National Highway 104.For specific boundaries,please refer to the attached map.The planning area covers approximately 305 hectares,including approximately 106 hectares of built-up area comprising the first and second phases of Hangzhou Grand Convention and Exhibition Center and the hotels to its south.

1）境內(nèi)應(yīng)征單位應(yīng)具有獨立法人資格（依照《中華人民共和國合伙企業(yè)法》合法設(shè)立的設(shè)計事務(wù)所除外），并提供有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照；境外（含港澳臺地區(qū)）應(yīng)征單位應(yīng)為合法注冊的企業(yè)或機(jī)構(gòu)，并提供有效的商業(yè)登記證明。境內(nèi)應(yīng)征單位須具有城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃編制甲級資質(zhì)或建筑甲級資質(zhì)（如以聯(lián)合體應(yīng)征的，其中一家滿足即可），并提供有效的資質(zhì)證書，境外設(shè)計機(jī)構(gòu)必須與國內(nèi)設(shè)計機(jī)構(gòu)組成聯(lián)合體參加。不接受個人或個人組合的應(yīng)征。

Restrictions on Multiple Registrations:
