首屆海口城市藝術(shù)周將于2024年10月舉辦，以“多元、精彩、共享”為宗旨，打造“品牌化、國際化、市場化”的本土藝術(shù)周慶品牌，為國內(nèi)外游客和廣大市民提供豐盛文化大餐，彰顯“機遇?？诨盍？凇背鞘行蜗蠛枉攘Α，F(xiàn)發(fā)起海口城市藝術(shù)周形象標識體系（LOGO及活動主題）全球征集評選活動。

The inaugural Haikou Urban Art Week will be held in October 2024,committed to the principles of diversity,vibrancy,and inclusivity.It aims to establish a local Art festival brand that embodies professionalism,international appeal,and market viability,providing a rich cultural feast to visitors and residents alike.This event is designed to spotlight the city's vibrant image and charm encapsulated in the slogan"Opportunities in Haikou,Vitality in Haikou."We are now launching a global solicitation and selection activity for Haikou Urban Art Week Image Identification System(Including LOGO and Event Theme).

記者從8月16日召開的?？诔鞘兴囆g(shù)周形象標識體系全球征集評選活動新聞發(fā)布會獲悉，海口城市藝術(shù)周主辦方面向全球征集形象標識體系（LOGO及活動主題），旨在打造具有辨識度的形象體系，更好地對外宣傳推介?？诔鞘兴囆g(shù)周，助力?？诖蛟臁捌放苹?、國際化、市場化”的本土藝術(shù)節(jié)慶品牌，進一步擴大?？诔鞘兄群兔雷u度。
本次活動面向全球，國內(nèi)外設(shè)計機構(gòu)、院校、創(chuàng)意團隊、個人均可參加。投稿作品要求充分考慮到屬地性、藝術(shù)性、辨識性、傳播性、完整性，活動組委會也將按照這五項評審標準給作品打分確定獲獎名單。屬地性，要求作品具有海口市區(qū)域特色，有助于提升“機遇海口活力?？凇毙蜗罅陀绊懥?；藝術(shù)性，要求作品構(gòu)思新穎、簡潔大方，色彩等搭配得當，整體美感和視覺效果突出，具有藝術(shù)感染力；辨識性，要求作品與藝術(shù)周相契合，傳達出藝術(shù)周的特征，具有鮮明的辨識度；傳播性，要求作品延展性強，適合在網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體、平面媒體、印刷品、衍生紀念品等各種載體和環(huán)境中推廣應(yīng)用，便于海內(nèi)外廣泛傳播；完整性，要求作品表達清晰，作品提交格式規(guī)范，內(nèi)容要素完整。
