首屆?？诔鞘兴囆g(shù)周將于2024年10月舉辦，以“多元、精彩、共享”為宗旨，打造“品牌化、國(guó)際化、市場(chǎng)化”的本土藝術(shù)周慶品牌，為國(guó)內(nèi)外游客和廣大市民提供豐盛文化大餐，彰顯“機(jī)遇?？诨盍？凇背鞘行蜗蠛枉攘Α，F(xiàn)發(fā)起海口城市藝術(shù)周形象標(biāo)識(shí)體系（LOGO及活動(dòng)主題）全球征集評(píng)選活動(dòng)。

The inaugural Haikou Urban Art Week will be held in October 2024,committed to the principles of diversity,vibrancy,and inclusivity.It aims to establish a local Art festival brand that embodies professionalism,international appeal,and market viability,providing a rich cultural feast to visitors and residents alike.This event is designed to spotlight the city's vibrant image and charm encapsulated in the slogan"Opportunities in Haikou,Vitality in Haikou."We are now launching a global solicitation and selection activity for Haikou Urban Art Week Image Identification System(Including LOGO and Event Theme).

優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)4名：各獲6000元人民幣+獲獎(jiǎng)證書
（二）活動(dòng)主題
金獎(jiǎng)1名：獲2萬(wàn)元人民幣+獲獎(jiǎng)證書
優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)4名：各獲3000元人民幣+獲獎(jiǎng)證書
注：以上獎(jiǎng)金均為稅前金額，獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)邞?yīng)自行按照相關(guān)國(guó)家（包括但不限于中華人民共和國(guó)）及相關(guān)地區(qū)的法律規(guī)定納稅。

記者從8月16日召開的?？诔鞘兴囆g(shù)周形象標(biāo)識(shí)體系全球征集評(píng)選活動(dòng)新聞發(fā)布會(huì)獲悉，海口城市藝術(shù)周主辦方面向全球征集形象標(biāo)識(shí)體系（LOGO及活動(dòng)主題），旨在打造具有辨識(shí)度的形象體系，更好地對(duì)外宣傳推介?？诔鞘兴囆g(shù)周，助力?？诖蛟臁捌放苹?、國(guó)際化、市場(chǎng)化”的本土藝術(shù)節(jié)慶品牌，進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大海口城市知名度和美譽(yù)度。
本次活動(dòng)面向全球，國(guó)內(nèi)外設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)、院校、創(chuàng)意團(tuán)隊(duì)、個(gè)人均可參加。投稿作品要求充分考慮到屬地性、藝術(shù)性、辨識(shí)性、傳播性、完整性，活動(dòng)組委會(huì)也將按照這五項(xiàng)評(píng)審標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給作品打分確定獲獎(jiǎng)名單。屬地性，要求作品具有?？谑袇^(qū)域特色，有助于提升“機(jī)遇?？诨盍？凇毙蜗罅陀绊懥?；藝術(shù)性，要求作品構(gòu)思新穎、簡(jiǎn)潔大方，色彩等搭配得當(dāng)，整體美感和視覺效果突出，具有藝術(shù)感染力；辨識(shí)性，要求作品與藝術(shù)周相契合，傳達(dá)出藝術(shù)周的特征，具有鮮明的辨識(shí)度；傳播性，要求作品延展性強(qiáng)，適合在網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體、平面媒體、印刷品、衍生紀(jì)念品等各種載體和環(huán)境中推廣應(yīng)用，便于海內(nèi)外廣泛傳播；完整性，要求作品表達(dá)清晰，作品提交格式規(guī)范，內(nèi)容要素完整。
