2025年，北師港浸大（UIC）迎來(lái)20歲生日。這是學(xué)校發(fā)展的重要里程碑，你我有幸見(jiàn)證，更可一同獻(xiàn)計(jì)。
學(xué)?，F(xiàn)面向全校師生員工、海內(nèi)外校友公開(kāi)征集20周年校慶標(biāo)識(shí)、主題（中英雙語(yǔ)）。期待大家用創(chuàng)意和熱情獻(xiàn)禮校慶，共同慶祝我們的20歲生日！

*可同時(shí)參與兩項(xiàng)征集，亦可選擇其中一項(xiàng)投稿。

征集要求
（一）標(biāo)識(shí)設(shè)計(jì)
①特色鮮明、構(gòu)思巧妙，富有設(shè)計(jì)感，具備較強(qiáng)的視覺(jué)沖擊力，遵循標(biāo)識(shí)藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作規(guī)律，符合標(biāo)識(shí)設(shè)計(jì)表達(dá)規(guī)范，便于進(jìn)行各類延伸推廣應(yīng)用。配色建議與學(xué)校視覺(jué)形象識(shí)別系統(tǒng)（VI）有一定相關(guān)性。【VI標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配色：藍(lán)（CMYK:C97 M69 Y27 K0）；青（CMYK:C74 M0 Y40 K0）；金（CMYK:C14 M27 Y45 K0）】
②標(biāo)識(shí)圖案面積應(yīng)大于5cm×5cm，稿件為A4規(guī)格（注明CMYK色值），分辨率不低于300dpi，提交文件格式為JPG/PNG/PDF。
③附設(shè)計(jì)理念說(shuō)明（300字以內(nèi)）。
（二）校慶主題
①主題鮮明、立意高遠(yuǎn)、易于傳播，需同時(shí)提交中英雙語(yǔ)版本，中文字?jǐn)?shù)控制在10字以內(nèi)。
②附主題內(nèi)涵闡釋（300字以內(nèi)）。

投稿方式及截止日期
（一）請(qǐng)將投稿作品及作品登記表（請(qǐng)點(diǎn)擊文末“閱讀原文”下載）發(fā)送至郵箱mpro@uic.edu.cn，郵件標(biāo)題為“20周年校慶征集作品—姓名”。
（二）征集截止日期：2025年2月8日

評(píng)選與表彰
（一）學(xué)校將從投稿作品中進(jìn)行遴選并評(píng)出以下獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，頒發(fā)獲獎(jiǎng)證書及獎(jiǎng)金：
①標(biāo)識(shí)設(shè)計(jì)：
采用獎(jiǎng)（1名）：獎(jiǎng)金5000元
入圍獎(jiǎng)（3名）：獎(jiǎng)金各2000元
②中英主題：
采用獎(jiǎng)（1名）：獎(jiǎng)金2000元
入圍獎(jiǎng)（3名）：獎(jiǎng)金各1000元
（二）評(píng)選結(jié)果將在學(xué)校微信公眾號(hào)等平臺(tái)公布。學(xué)?；?qū)⒔Y(jié)合具體應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景，酌情對(duì)“采用獎(jiǎng)”作品進(jìn)行修改完善。

注意事項(xiàng)
（一）投稿作品應(yīng)為未公開(kāi)發(fā)表過(guò)的原創(chuàng)作品，不得侵犯任何第三方的合法權(quán)益。作品本身存在權(quán)利瑕疵或存在抄襲、借用等侵權(quán)行為，投稿者本人承擔(dān)相關(guān)法律責(zé)任并取消參選資格，由此給北師港浸大造成的負(fù)面影響和損失，學(xué)校保留追究法律責(zé)任的權(quán)利。
（二）作品投出后，投稿者不得自行或授權(quán)他人對(duì)投稿作品進(jìn)行任何形式的使用和開(kāi)發(fā)；不以任何形式發(fā)表、宣傳和轉(zhuǎn)讓其投稿作品或宣傳其投稿行為。
（三）獲獎(jiǎng)作品著作權(quán)、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)和使用權(quán)等歸北師港浸大所有，獲獎(jiǎng)作品的作者有義務(wù)根據(jù)學(xué)校意見(jiàn)酌情對(duì)作品進(jìn)行修改完善。
（四）所有應(yīng)征作品概不退還，請(qǐng)自留底稿。
（五）本次征集活動(dòng)最終解釋權(quán)歸北師港浸大所有。

In 2025,UIC will celebrate its 20th birthday.The significant milestone symbolises the growth and achievements it has made in the past two decades,and we would like to invite you to join the celebration with your passion and,above all,your indispensable creativity!
Now,the logo and the theme(bilingual in Chinese and English)for the 20th-anniversary celebration are waiting for your ideas.Whether you are our dedicated faculty and staff,our inspiring students,or our esteemed alumni,whether at home or abroad,you are all welcome to submit your suggestions to us!
Submission Guideline
Who can participate:All UIC faculty,staff,students,and global alumni.
What we’re looking for:
?A logo to represent our 20th-anniversary celebration.
?A bilingual theme that conveys the spirit of UIC.
★You can choose both categories or just one.
Submission requirements:
?Logo design:
?The logo should be distinctive and recognisable,skilfully created and have a strong visual impact.It should be aesthetically pleasing and appropriate for the event.It should also be easy to apply to various promotional materials.We suggest the designer refer to UIC’s visual identity system(VI).[VI standard colours:Blue(CMYK:C97 M69 Y27 K0);Green(CMYK:C74 M0 Y40 K0);Gold(CMYK:C14 M27 Y45 K0)]
?The logo should be larger than 5cm×5cm and submitted in A4 size(with CMYK colour values noted),with a resolution of no less than 300dpi.The submission file format should be JPG/PNG/PDF.
?Please include a description of the design concept(within 300 words).
?Theme proposal:
?The theme should be catchy and distinctive with high vision.Chinese and English versions are required,with the Chinese version being controlled within 10 characters.
?Please include an explanation of the theme in 300 words or less.
How to submit and deadline:
?Please submit your work with the registration form(See attachment in"Read more")to the email address[mpro uic.edu.cn],with the email subject being“20th Anniversary Celebration Collection Works-[Your Name]”.
?Submission deadline:8 February 2025.
Awards for the logo:
?Winner Prize:One winner will receive a cash prize of RMB 5,000.
?Nominees Prize:Three nominees will each receive a cash prize of RMB 2,000.
Awards for the bilingual theme:
?Winner Prize:One winner will receive a cash prize of RMB 2,000.
?Nominees Prize:Three nominees will each receive a cash prize of RMB 1,000.
Announcement of the winner:
?The results will be announced on UIC’s platforms,such as its WeChat Official Account.UIC reserves the right to modify or adapt the winning logo for various purposes.
Copyright notices:
?All works should be original,previously unpublished in any format and do not infringe on the legal rights of any third party.Plagiarism or submission of designs that are not original will result in disqualification,and the participants shall bear all legal responsibilities and any losses or damages resulting from copyright disputes.UIC reserves the right to take legal action for any negative impact and loss caused by the results of this.
?After submitting the works,the participants may not use or develop the works in any way or authorise others to do so.Participants shall not,in any form,publish,publicise,or transfer their works and their acts of submitting.
?By submitting an entry,each participant irrevocably agrees that they grant UIC the permanent copyrights,patent rights,trademark rights,rights to reputation or other legitimate rights of the winning works.The authors of the winning works are obligated to revise and improve their works according to UIC’s recommendations.
?All submitted entries will not be returned,please keep your copy.
