入選優(yōu)秀短視頻將通過(guò)長(zhǎng)江國(guó)際傳媒中心和武漢廣播電視臺(tái)漢新聞客戶(hù)端、海媒賬號(hào)Wuhan Plus發(fā)布及展映，美聯(lián)社、美通社、美國(guó)?？怂剐侣勁_(tái)等全球百家重要媒體平臺(tái)同步宣傳。
The selected outstanding short videos will be released and screened through the Changjiang International Media Center,Wuhan Radio and Television Station's official Weibo account,the Han News app and Social media accounts of Wuhan Plus.They will also be aired simultaneously on 100 important media platforms such as the Associated Press,PR Newswire and Fox News Station in the United States.
活動(dòng)設(shè)參與獎(jiǎng)、組織獎(jiǎng)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)人氣獎(jiǎng)、及金、銀、銅獎(jiǎng)等，分別給予獎(jiǎng)證、獎(jiǎng)牌及獎(jiǎng)金。
There will be participation awards,organization awards,network popularity awards,and gold,silver,and bronze awards,with award certificates,trophies and prize money respectively.

作品要求
Entry Requirements
1、參賽作品須緊緊圍繞大賽主題創(chuàng)作，不限形式（包括但不限于微專(zhuān)題片、微紀(jì)錄片、劇情短片、Vlog短片、動(dòng)畫(huà)短片、歌曲MV、才藝展示等），內(nèi)容表現(xiàn)積極向上，富有藝術(shù)感染力。
The entries must be created closely around the theme of the competition.The forms include but are not limited to microfeature films,micro-documentaries,short films,Vlog short films,animated short films,music videos,and talent shows.The content should be positive and full of artistic appeal.
2、參賽作品時(shí)長(zhǎng)3分鐘以?xún)?nèi)，1080p及以上分辨率，MP4格式，16：9畫(huà)幅，文件大小不超過(guò)200M，視頻畫(huà)面干凈，不帶角標(biāo)、臺(tái)標(biāo)、水印或Logo等各類(lèi)標(biāo)識(shí)。
The entries should be less than 3 minutes long,have a resolution of 1080p or above,and be in mp4 16:9 format.The file should be a clean video within 200M,with no superscript,TV signs,watermarks or logos.
3、參賽作品僅限中文和英文，須有中、英，或者雙語(yǔ)字幕，并提供相應(yīng)作品說(shuō)明、創(chuàng)作者介紹（100字左右，中文或英文）。
Entries should be in Chinese and English only,with Chinese and/or English subtitles,with the introduction of the production and creator(about 100 words in Chinese or English)to be included.

評(píng)獎(jiǎng)規(guī)則及進(jìn)程
Award Evaluation Rules and Process
初審后，符合要求的作品將被集中展示和推廣。
After the preliminary examination,the works that meet the requirements will be displayed and promoted.
網(wǎng)絡(luò)投票排名前20的作品可獲得網(wǎng)絡(luò)人氣獎(jiǎng)。
The top 20 videos in online voting will receive the online popularity award.
專(zhuān)家評(píng)審團(tuán)，評(píng)選出金銀銅獎(jiǎng)。評(píng)審專(zhuān)家由大賽主辦方以及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域資深人士、專(zhuān)家學(xué)者等共同組成。
A panel of experts will select the gold,silver and bronze awards.The judging experts are composed of the competition organizers,senior experts and scholars in related fields.
評(píng)審結(jié)果將通過(guò)官方平臺(tái)發(fā)布，并舉行頒獎(jiǎng)儀式。
The review results will be released through the official platform,and the award ceremony will be held.
參賽須知
Entry Instructions
1、投稿人對(duì)作品內(nèi)容的版權(quán)所有和真實(shí)性負(fù)責(zé)，并保證投稿作品未參與過(guò)其他評(píng)選競(jìng)賽等活動(dòng)。如有著作權(quán)、商標(biāo)權(quán)、名譽(yù)權(quán)及其他任何合法權(quán)益引起糾紛，投稿人應(yīng)自行負(fù)責(zé)處理。投稿人無(wú)法有效澄清且處理的，活動(dòng)主辦方有權(quán)取消其參與資格。
Participants shall be responsible for the copyright ownership and authenticity of the content of the works,and guarantee that the submitted works have not participated in other selection competitions and other activities.If there is any dispute caused by the copyright,trademark rights,right of reputation or any other legitimate rights and interests,the participant shall be responsible for handling the dispute.If the participant fails to effectively clarify and deal with the disputes,the organizer has the right to cancel the participation qualification.
2、投稿人向本活動(dòng)唯一主辦方（長(zhǎng)江國(guó)際傳播中心CICC）投稿，即視為同意主辦方無(wú)條件擁有投稿作品推介、展示、剪輯及其他形式的推廣、宣傳等權(quán)利。
Once the participant submits their work to the organizer of this event,the Changjiang International Communication Center(CICC),they are deemed to have agreed unconditionally that the organizer has the right to promote,display and edit the entry and is entitled to other forms of promotion and publicity of the submitted works.
3、獲獎(jiǎng)人員有義務(wù)配合完成活動(dòng)相關(guān)宣傳推廣工作。
The winners are obliged to cooperate with the relevant publicity and promotional work of the activity.
4、個(gè)人所得稅需由獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)咦岳怼?/span>
Winners take care of their individual income tax.
5、本次大賽最終解釋權(quán)歸長(zhǎng)江國(guó)際傳播中心所有。
The final interpretation right of this competition belongs to the Changjiang International Communication Center.
