C1 Shenzhen Cityscape|This category accepts photos that depict Shenzhen’s urban landmarks,architectural gems,and iconic projects,with the city as the central subject of the entries.
C1都市深圳：本類別接受體現(xiàn)深圳的城市地標(biāo)、建筑藝術(shù)、重大工程等以城市為主體的攝影作品投稿。
C2 Shenzhener|This category accepts photos related to people in Shenzhen and the normative actions that dictate their everyday life,including their involvement in work,leisure,consumption,sports,arts,social and cultural exchanges,festivals,celebrations,to name a few.
C2人文深圳：本類別接受反映以深圳人日常生活為主題的攝影作品投稿，包括但不限于工作休閑、消費(fèi)購(gòu)物、文藝體育、社交場(chǎng)合、文化交流、節(jié)慶假日等主題。
C3 Shenzhen Tech|This category accepts photos featuring Shenzhen's technological innovations,including but not limited to showcasing physical technological devices,application scenarios,research and development scenes,production scenes and interactive scenes.
C3科創(chuàng)深圳：本類別接受以深圳的科技創(chuàng)新成果為主體的攝影作品投稿，包括但不限于對(duì)科技成果的實(shí)體設(shè)備、應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景、研發(fā)場(chǎng)景、生產(chǎn)場(chǎng)景、互動(dòng)場(chǎng)景的展示。
C4 Shenzhen Nature|This category accepts photos related to Shenzhen’s nature landmarks,natural phenomena,and ecology,including animals and plants.
C4自然深圳：本類別接受體現(xiàn)深圳的自然景觀（如公園、綠道、山野、海濱、紅樹(shù)林等）、自然現(xiàn)象、動(dòng)物植物等攝影作品投稿。

Awards入展作品榮譽(yù)設(shè)置
The contest will have one Photographer of the Year,four Photographers of the Category,six Merit Photographers,and several Shortlisted Photographers.The organizing committee will also select one People’s Choice Photographer via voting on Instagram.The winners will have their works exhibited at an annual exhibition of the contest and receive cash prizes,photo catalogues,souvenirs,and opportunities to participate in more events organized by EyeShenzhen.
本屆大賽擬設(shè)置EyeShenzhen年度攝影師、組別最佳攝影師、優(yōu)秀攝影師、入圍攝影師四個(gè)常規(guī)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，并通過(guò)在Instagram平臺(tái)上組織投票選出1位海外人氣特別獎(jiǎng)，獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)咦髌窋M入選本屆大賽的作品展及紀(jì)念畫(huà)冊(cè)，并獲得現(xiàn)金、大賽定制紀(jì)念品等獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，并有優(yōu)先參與EyeShenzhen組織的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)的權(quán)益。

*All the cash prizes are after-tax.
所有獲獎(jiǎng)金額皆為稅后，稅費(fèi)由大賽組委會(huì)承擔(dān)。

Entry requirements征稿要求
1.This contest accepts works only from expat photographers in Shenzhen or foreign photographers who had previously visited or lived in Shenzhen.
僅限于曾居、現(xiàn)居深圳或有訪深經(jīng)歷的外籍人士參加。
2.Each contestant can submit to only one category with a maximum of 10 photos,including those in a photo series.There is no limitation for the shooting time.Each image and series requires an individual title and caption(including the content of the image,shooting time and shooting location).Winning photos from previous contests are not eligible to be submitted.
每人只能選擇一個(gè)組別投稿，最多投稿10幅作品（包含組圖），作品拍攝時(shí)間不限。每張（組）圖像需唯一的標(biāo)題及圖片說(shuō)明（圖片介紹、拍攝時(shí)間、拍攝地點(diǎn)等）。在先前比賽中已經(jīng)獲獎(jiǎng)的作品，不得再次提交參賽。
3.Entrants must submit large-sized digital JPG files.Each image should be no less than 2 MB.Submissions failing to meet this requirement shall be rejected.
請(qǐng)投稿者務(wù)必在投稿時(shí)提交大尺寸數(shù)字文件（只接受JPG、JPEG文件，每幅不低于2MB），不符合要求的投稿無(wú)效。
4.The host and the organizers have the right to use the winning works in the form of copying,distribution,exhibition,screening,and dissemination via internet without extra payment.
對(duì)于獲獎(jiǎng)作品，主承辦單位有權(quán)在著作權(quán)存續(xù)期內(nèi)，以復(fù)制、發(fā)行、展覽、放映、信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播等方式使用入展作品，并不再支付報(bào)酬。
5.The entrants must be the author of the submitted images and own independent,complete,explicit and undisputed copyright of the overall and partial parts of the image.The entrants should also guarantee that the submitted images do not infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of any third party including but not limited to copyrights,portrait rights,right of reputation and privacy rights.
投稿者應(yīng)保證其為所投送作品的作者，并對(duì)該作品的整體及局部均擁有獨(dú)立、完整、明確、無(wú)爭(zhēng)議的著作權(quán)；投稿者還應(yīng)保證其所投送的作品不侵犯第三人的包括著作權(quán)、肖像權(quán)、名譽(yù)權(quán)、隱私權(quán)等在內(nèi)的合法權(quán)益。
6.Works and behaviors that are found to jeopardize public order and good customs shall be immediately disqualified.“Works and behaviors that jeopardize public order and good customs”include,but are not limited to,any situation that violates laws,morals,public order or good customs that may seriously mislead the public or are fraudulent.
對(duì)于足以妨害公序良俗的作品及行為，一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)將立即取消入展資格?！胺梁蛄妓椎淖髌芳靶袨椤卑ǖ幌抻诳赡車?yán)重誤導(dǎo)公眾認(rèn)知、具有欺詐性質(zhì)等一切違反法律道德、公序良俗的情形。
7.Works that do not comply with the provisions of these guidelines shall not be accepted and shall be disqualified.The host and the organizers have the right to withdraw prizes and certificates of awards,etc.with notification on public media.
不符合本征稿啟事規(guī)定的，不能參加評(píng)選；已評(píng)選的，將予取消；主承辦單位有權(quán)收回作品稿酬、榮譽(yù)證書(shū)等，并可在媒體上通報(bào)。
8.No participation fee is required but submitted works will not be returned.The host and the organizers will not be held responsible for damages during the delivery process or due to late delivery.
本賽事不收參加費(fèi)，不退稿。投稿作品在發(fā)送過(guò)程中損毀、滅失或遲到、未到的，相關(guān)損失及后果由投稿者自行承擔(dān)。
9.The submissions should not be modified to include additional or fewer elements than the original.Editing techniques permissible during the post-production stage of the submissions include adjusting brightness,contrast,saturation and white balance;removing CMOS spots,chromatic aberrations,and lens distortion;cropping;using multiple exposures;manipulating HDR;stitching panoramas;and other similar techniques.If colored photos are converted to black and white or monochromatic,it must be done for the entire image and not selectively.
允許投稿人在以不違背拍攝對(duì)象客觀真實(shí)屬性的情況下，對(duì)照片進(jìn)行基本的后期處理，包括亮度、對(duì)比、飽和及白平衡的調(diào)整；傳感器污漬、鏡頭色差及失真的修復(fù)；裁剪、多重曝光、HDR調(diào)整、全景拼接等。彩色照片只可整體轉(zhuǎn)換為單色或黑白照片。
10.Submissions to the“Shenzhen Nature”category(C4)must accurately portray the natural state of the subject.Baiting or staging photos involving wild animals is strictly prohibited.Any entries that do not adhere to this requirement will be disqualified immediately.Additionally,photographs of pets or animals in captivity,such as those taken at zoos,will be ineligible for winning prizes higher the Shortlisted Photographers.
投稿C4“自然深圳”組的生物攝影作品須反映被攝生物的自然狀態(tài)，野生動(dòng)物的誘拍、擺拍照片一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)，即取消獲獎(jiǎng)資格；反映家養(yǎng)及人工飼養(yǎng)狀態(tài)下的動(dòng)物作品（如寵物、動(dòng)物園等）僅能獲入圍獎(jiǎng)。
11.The host and the organizers reserve the right for final interpretation of the activity.All the entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to all the provisions of this guideline.
本征稿啟事解釋權(quán)屬于主承辦單位。凡投稿者，即視為其已同意本征稿啟事之所有規(guī)定。

Reminder重要提示
All entries should include the following information:
所有投稿必須注明以下信息：
1.The full name,nationality and contact information(including mobile number and WeChat ID)of the photographer.Entrants are not allowed to participate under a pseudonym.
2.A clear photograph of the photographer should be attached.
3.Title,caption and shooting time and location of each photo.
4.The code of the category.(C1/C2/C3/C4)
1.拍攝者真實(shí)姓名、國(guó)籍、有效聯(lián)系方式（手機(jī)號(hào)碼及微信ID）。禁止使用假名或冒用他人姓名參賽。
2.提交作品時(shí)附上拍攝者本人照片，要求五官清晰。
3.每幅作品的標(biāo)題、圖片說(shuō)明、拍攝地點(diǎn)及時(shí)間。
4.參賽組別的代號(hào)（C1~C4）。

Submission投稿方式
1.Submit via emails:Entries and personal information of the photographers should be sent to eyeshenzhen 126.com by Sept.20.Submissions via QQ,126 and 163 mail addresses are preferred,in case the emails are identified as spam.
Submission via net disk links,including Baidu Cloud and WeTransfer,will also be accepted.Please note that the validity of the links must be over three months.See the“Reminder”section for the requirements.
方式1：請(qǐng)于截稿日期前將作品、作品簡(jiǎn)介、參賽者資料及照片發(fā)至eyeshenzhen 126.com。為防止稿件被系統(tǒng)攔截，請(qǐng)盡量使用QQ郵箱、126郵箱及163郵箱發(fā)送投稿。
如以百度云、WeTransfer等網(wǎng)盤(pán)鏈接的形式提交，文件有效期需至少在3個(gè)月以上，提交要求參見(jiàn)“重要提示”部分。
2.Submit via Instagram:Follow the Instagram account expatseyeszphotography and send your entries as well as personal information via direct message.See the“Reminder”section for the requirements.
方式2：關(guān)注“國(guó)際友人在深圳攝影大賽”官方Instagram賬號(hào)并于截稿日期前將作品、作品簡(jiǎn)介、參賽者資料及照片通過(guò)私信發(fā)送至該賬號(hào)。
*You must choose only one of the two submission methods.In the event of duplicate submissions,the one received earlier will take precedence.
兩種投稿渠道只能選擇一種投稿，若出現(xiàn)重復(fù)投稿，以收件時(shí)間更早的投稿為準(zhǔn)。
