什么是「涂形之行」?
What's Depicting Journey?
源自西方的涂鴉·街畫藝術(shù)是一種包容的藝術(shù)形式，主要體現(xiàn)在兩方面，一方面是重視個(gè)體自由和表達(dá)自由。人類對(duì)于美好生活的向往通過(guò)涂鴉·街畫發(fā)聲，介入社會(huì)空間，進(jìn)而產(chǎn)生廣泛持續(xù)的影響力，是具有獨(dú)立思考精神的藝術(shù)家表達(dá)自我的方式之一,體現(xiàn)出社會(huì)對(duì)個(gè)體和個(gè)性的尊重。另一方面是側(cè)重利用社會(huì)公共話語(yǔ)構(gòu)建包容的文化語(yǔ)境。涂鴉·街畫已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)城市公共文化生態(tài)的重要組成部分，不論是創(chuàng)作者還是觀看者必須對(duì)從自身文化生發(fā)出的此類藝術(shù)作品給予更多認(rèn)同感，互動(dòng)和參與是這種包容語(yǔ)境的基礎(chǔ)，以此構(gòu)建來(lái)文化生態(tài)、藝術(shù)表達(dá)和日常生活三者之間的緊密關(guān)系。
Derived from the West,graffiti and street art is an inclusive art form that primarily emphasizes individual freedom and expression.It allows individuals to voice their aspirations for a better life through graffiti and street art,engaging with social spaces and generating broad and lasting influences.It is one of the ways artists with independent thinking express themselves,reflecting society's respect for individuals and their uniqueness.Furthermore,this art form focuses on using public discourse to construct an inclusive cultural context.Graffiti and street art have become important components of urban public culture.Both creators and viewers must recognize and engage with such artworks originating from their own cultural context.Interaction and participation form the foundation of this inclusive context,establishing a close relationship among cultural ecology,artistic expression,and daily life.
我們希望涂形之行——第二屆西財(cái)天府學(xué)院國(guó)際涂鴉·街畫年度展能夠集聚更多世界不同地域的優(yōu)秀藝術(shù)家的作品，呈現(xiàn)他們對(duì)當(dāng)代世界的理解和思考。我們也非常樂(lè)意通過(guò)組織此次大型活動(dòng)，能夠邀請(qǐng)到國(guó)內(nèi)眾多藝術(shù)院校的年輕學(xué)子參與到構(gòu)建城市公共藝術(shù)生態(tài)的切實(shí)行動(dòng)之中，通過(guò)他們創(chuàng)造的藝術(shù)視覺(jué)形象來(lái)展現(xiàn)他們對(duì)當(dāng)今社會(huì)的期許和愿望。同時(shí)，我們誠(chéng)摯的邀請(qǐng)世界各地的觀眾來(lái)到西財(cái)天府學(xué)院美術(shù)館和藝術(shù)街區(qū)來(lái)體驗(yàn)這場(chǎng)涂鴉·街畫的盛宴，你們的參與是涂鴉·街畫乃至公共藝術(shù)繼續(xù)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力。
We hope that the"A Journey of Depicting-2nd Annual International Graffiti and Street Art Exhibition"at Southwest Finance and Economics University Tianfu College can gather works from outstanding artists from different parts of the world,presenting their understanding and reflections of the contemporary world.We are also eager to involve young students from numerous art schools in China in the construction of the urban public art ecology through this large-scale event.Through the artistic visual imagery they create,we aim to showcase their expectations and aspirations for today's society.Additionally,we sincerely invite audiences from around the world to come to the Southwest Finance and Economics University Tianfu College Art Gallery and the art district to experience this feast of graffiti and street art.Your participation is the driving force for the continued development of graffiti and street art and public art as a whole.

【獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置】
本屆年度展將設(shè)立豐厚的獎(jiǎng)金，參選作品將以匿名的方式呈現(xiàn)給評(píng)審團(tuán)，經(jīng)評(píng)審?fù)镀焙笤u(píng)出各個(gè)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。本屆年度展為特邀藝術(shù)家和入圍作品分別設(shè)置了3項(xiàng)特邀獎(jiǎng)和32項(xiàng)大賽獎(jiǎng)：
特邀獎(jiǎng)：
組委會(huì)特別獎(jiǎng)(3項(xiàng))每項(xiàng)人民幣30000元
大賽獎(jiǎng)：
一等獎(jiǎng)(2項(xiàng))每項(xiàng)人民幣20000元
二等獎(jiǎng)(4項(xiàng))每項(xiàng)人民幣10000元
三等獎(jiǎng)(6項(xiàng))每項(xiàng)人民幣8000元
最佳創(chuàng)意獎(jiǎng)(10項(xiàng))每項(xiàng)人民幣5000元
最高人氣獎(jiǎng)(10項(xiàng))每項(xiàng)人民幣3000元
【Awards】
The annual exhibition will offer substantial cash prizes.The submitted artworks will be presented to the judging panel anonymously,and after voting by the panel,each award will be determined.This annual exhibition will have 3 special invitation awards for invited artists and 32 competition awards for selected artworks.
Special Invitation Awards：
Organizing Committee Special Award(3 awards):Each prize is 30,000 RMB.
Competition Awards：
First Prize(2 awards):Each prize is 20,000 RMB.
Second Prize(4 awards):Each prize is 10,000 RMB.
Third Prize(6 awards):Each prize is 8,000 RMB.
Best Creativity Award(10 awards):Each prize is 5,000 RMB
Highest Popularity Award(10 awards):Each prize is 3,000 RMB.

關(guān)于西財(cái)天府學(xué)院美術(shù)館
西財(cái)天府學(xué)院美術(shù)館坐落于西財(cái)天府學(xué)院藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)院所在的成都校區(qū)東區(qū)，是一個(gè)由78個(gè)集裝箱構(gòu)建而成的美術(shù)館。占地30畝，四方合圍，室內(nèi)展2800平米，中間550平米私密中庭，墻面展示面長(zhǎng)度共計(jì)400米，辦公室會(huì)議室400平米，正門大草坪7畝。
西財(cái)天府學(xué)院美術(shù)館已舉辦數(shù)場(chǎng)大型展覽，如首屆“西財(cái)天府學(xué)院國(guó)際涂鴉?街畫年度展”、“天府青年藝術(shù)油畫展”、“川流不息?雕塑成都”雕塑展、“地方密碼”當(dāng)代藝術(shù)展、“沉浸式數(shù)字”藝術(shù)展覽、“破繭”新媒體藝術(shù)展，成為四川省十大美術(shù)館之一。
